Company has decided to charge us over 500 euros 5 days after car was dropped off stating that there was damage to the car. We paid for full compensation but because we do not have a police report (for an accident that did not happen), it voids the protection.

Took a bit to get the car but no problems there. car was parked between another car and a tree so hard to inspect but I asked the guy to confirm I had full protection so thought nothing to worry about.
There was noone at the drop-off. I called the company and was told it was fine, just to drop the keys. Now 5 days later they state there is damage to the car even though I was told I had full protection. I was supposed to call the police for an accident that did not happen.

Agreed a pick @ terminal 1 when the car was at T2. I paid for the full insurance coverage and when I returned the car, because of a very little scratch found on the bumber ( back side) i was told that i should call police or them and return a lind of protocol police (?) what kind of police paper You may give back if you find it like it is in the morning after parking without car near to You?
