I have given average due to the length of time to get collected from the airport and having to call the call centre 3 times to see why we hadn't been collected. Then the waiting time to get the car which was probably about 2 hours in total which I don't think is acceptable.
The staff were all helpful the drop off service was good with no problems but the collection was still on my mine which meant that I turned up a lot earlier than I needed to as I was worried about the waiting time.

This isn't a criticism of Pavel but the wait time to get the vehicle was unacceptable and also the wait time at the airport to get picked up. I had to call 3 times to find out where the mini bus was. All staff were quite stressed due to the number of people waiting and the time people had to wait which was a very long time.

Unfortunately we were waiting 40 mins when dropping off the car - not the fault of staff, but they had difficulty customers to deal with, so a quick drop off service would be good

It was very busy so it did take a while to be seen
After arriving and waiting (watching a family before us having problems with their return) I then received a text saying we were late! I replied that we were already waiting the more staff did then turn up and we were very rudely told we were late and pretty much told we were lying about when we got here! Apart from the unacceptable level of rudeness - it was not made clear to us that we had to be exactly on time returning the car. We had a flight to catch so clearly it was in our interest to not be late and to arrive about 20 minutes late was not unacceptable having driven from Veliko Tarnovo. It was the only negative from a great holiday with an otherwise great hire car experience but it did sour our last impression of the holiday. Completely unacceptable behaviour and sadly I would have to think twice before using your company again.

Galin spoke very good English which was helpful to me! Very helpful and everything explained clearly.
Galin was in the parking area when I arrived back at Plovdiv airport so was able to check the car back in quickly. Deposit returned to my credit card immediately. Great service!

Nice size car and very comfortable but boot size is quite small. I personally didn’t like all the technology, lane assist, stop-start, etc, my own car is older and simpler. Overall it was economical and did the job, could’ve been a little bit cleaner on collection but I am fussy!

Lied about the office closing time, as I was entering the terminal the office was still open after 2015 Chap was only I treating in charging more and more Didn’t know how to process looked confused most of the time Extremely disappointed experience I will have to think twice to use top rent in the future
