Bad experience from start to finish! First it starten with the fact that I booked the car to Rent in the Airport Terminal. This always means the car is very close to the Airport and not 10minutes away by car! Nobody was at the Terminal Office when we landed on 7th april and everyone we contacted was very unfriendly and not understanding the Problem! It Tool us Almost 2 Hours to get the car, it has never took me that Long to rent a car! So we lost precious time on our holidays! And on the drop off this morning the guys where unfriendly too and it took longer than the guys at the pick off told us. They said it’s no Problem when we drop off the car at 4:30 and it would just take a few minutes. It were actually more than 20minutes and if we wouldn‘t Tell the guy we were in hurry to get out plane we might have been to late for our flight. So in total we will definitely not recommend your Company to anyone!

Дълго чакане на студ и дъжд с дете при пристигането. Шатъл за 8 човека при чакащи 16. Такса която трябваше да платя при връщане с 50% отгоре, която никой не ми обясни да платя при взимане на колата

Do not rent a car from Top Rent a Car Bulgaria. If you have to, take videos, ensure you have separate insurance. They ate aggresive and not care about customers.

I returned the car in good condition. My child threw up on the back seat, but it was not stained. It will go out with any regular interior car wash. I was charged 80 eur for this. I consider it an abuse and will do a formal complaint.

I had to wait more than 5-10 mins for him to come, although there were not any other customers He did not want to explain or listen, he just said the car is not in good condition. As opposed to the other employees, he did not try to work with me- just said this is the company policy.

He said I had marked the mirror on the drivers side and in all honesty you could see where it had been repaired before but I had not looked at it ontil he pointed out to me but he wasn’t listening to me no matter what I said I pointed out that it must have been repaired previously it was hard to see the damage but told me it was my responsibility for not checking in fairness I would own up to it if I had done it but I didn’t I had extra insurance and maybe that’s why I was told this but because of this I would be getting a car from them again and be aware his told me that the extra insurance only covers slight scratches so what’s the point of taking out a extra insurance i think it’s a scam I had rented here before but it was my last time also a disaster trying to return the car gave me wrong address and was driving around the airport for 2 hours and the guy I rang had try tell me how to get to the rental car place o what a Challenge never again

При сдачи авто возникли проблемы, машину я сдал на день раньше так как изменили эвакуционй рейс но яне предупредил что машу сдам на день раньше и мне пришлось заплатить 28 евро, но дело не в деньгах а отношения.

A hubcap was missing when I returned the vehicle. OK, I agree to pay for it. But 120 euros? Really? No way. It is a scam. Nobody showed me actual price of the part. I will leave 1 star review on all platforms.

Counting a tiny stain in the seat as an internal damage is ridiculous. Even if you have the lowest price, I will never get back to you, will strongly not recommend to any of my friends.

I got charged 80 euros for cleaning the car. I never had experience like this with other companies like europa car, sixth, and other companies. It’s really shameful the guy said it’s mud in the car carpet place and on the front rear seat. When I collect the car which guy handover the keys to me he never mansion the I have to bring car very tidy. Again if I want on the parking i can clean within 2 minutes all this marks what he took the pictures. It is really disgrace. I am 200 percent sure never gonna come back to this top rent company.

Disgusting way of talking he was kept repeating the same thing. We gonna charge for late drop. I had booked before with top rent, even I always says to my family friend this company is good but from this time never gonna happen.

They gave me summer tires at the end of november. İt was raining a lot on highway and i lost control once because of the tires. Company obviously doesnt know how important it is to have winter tires for customer health. At least you have to warn that it is summer tires i could have not accept to drive like this. People die like this.
