They charged us 50 Euro for some minuscule marks on the side of the car. Over promised and under deliver
The car was great but they were unprofessional and a real hassle to deal with. Take photos of ALL the car before you take it out. Unhappy Jan…Gai from Australia

Ползувам вашата компания от години, и нямам намерение да ви заменям с друга. Страхотни сте!

Staff at Top Rent-A-Car worked to resolve issue with Opel Crossland not having GPS navigation on its media system. They sent a YouTube explaining how to connect phone to media system. This allowed me to use Google Maps to navigate without using cellular data.

Stern personality. He worked diligently to get the media system/GPS navigation of Renault Clio working. When it could not be resolved he contacted superiors to get a replacement vehicle which was Opel Crossland. He should have explained how to use ApplePlay for GPS navigation.
Fast, efficient and friendly.

I did not want an Opel Crossland; it was the car that was available to replace original rental that was not functioning properly. I did not need the extra size or power. It was expensive to drive because it was not fuel efficient and required top-priced 100 petrol.

Всичко щеше да е супер, ако някой беше казал, че при връщане на колата, същатабтрябва да е измита! За да не се плаща глоба от 100лв. Малко разочароващо.
