Too much form filling and selling of insurance. The process was ridiculously long

I was charged £40 excess because there was a small amount of sand in the car. This was non- negotiable.
I don't think it was this guy but I was charged unreasonably. I will take this service and extra charges into account when booking again.

It took 2 hours to collect my car, not all the fault of the agent because the booking system was faulty and the booth was understaffed. The location of the car pick up point is also a closely guarded secret

Very friendly service, all the necessary information was provided before the pickup, after returning the car also very nice and understanding service, plus free transport on T2, I would recommend it to everyone, very clean and tidy cars, safe child seats, and finally gifts for children, it's very nice, access to drinking water in the waiting room, overall great.

Ta firma zapewni wam odpowiedni serwis ,poprostu trzeba dopasować do własnych potrzeb !
Nasza rodzina otrzymała to co zabukowaliśmy
mieliśmy sytuacje gdzie musieliśmy przedłużyć wynajem o jeden dzień ,wszystko otrzymaliśmy na e-mail ,w ciągu paru minut wszystko zostało załatwione .
This company will provide you with the right service, you just have to adapt it to your own needs!
Our family received what we booked
we had situations where we had to extend the rental for one day, we received everything by e-mail, everything was sorted out within a few minutes.

Service Bewertung:
very bad
The call center service was awful. Not a single effort to help with my inquiry.
Hidden charges which were not told up front (cross border) which cost me also an additional night stay in Sofia.
Had to drive 600 km to extend deposit.
Never again.
