I was lonesome giving back my car on Sunday evening. I think the car I got was 1.2 petrol and it still had plenty power to deal with the very hilly terrain around Burgas Close enough to where I drove. That tall blonde girl I met in the office in Varna who handed me the keys and documents is an asset to ye. Very polite and cordial. Good air conditioning in the car too. I will be back. There were no gimmicks whatsoever with this company. No hidden charges. Everything upfront. Pleasure to do business. Extremely good value for money.

I was commenting about her above and next thing here she appears haha below me. She was absolutely lovely. Very polite and cordial. Went through everything from how to obtain fuel at a discount to what to do in an accident. I left the depot with a light heart knowing that I was safe with this company thanks to her.
Very friendly chap aswell. Handed back the key. He had the car checked out very promptly and I checked my credit card and there was my deposit given back.

I found this car fantastic. The Citroen C3. Nice clean car with plenty power for the terrain you're going to encounter in Bulgaria. Good air con. I'm trying to see if I could improve something but I really struggle to find anything.

he just wanted to charge our credit card insurance to cheat us out of money. I have the photos of the reception and the return and there is no difference
