Originally i had a reservation for a car in august 2021, but an emergency trip required me to pull the trip earlier in march 2021.
Top rent a car were very easy to work with. changed the reservation to accommodate my need. The car was very clean, spotless, with only couple thousand miles on it. It was Renault Captur which we do not have in USA market. However, the car was easy to drive, comfortable, plenty of power and room to accommodate my 3 large suitcases and the occasional shopping trips to local markets. The whole process was made easy for the consumer. No hidden fees, no nickle and dime people. Simple , friendly and affordable. Love working with this guys and will be returning again in august.

As stated in my review, we do not have Renault Captur in the USA, but this vehicle is perfect. Good clearance for occasional pot holes and curbs in Bulgaria. Plenty of power for the freeway, and enough room to accommodate 4 people with their luggage. Very nice package, as far as comfort such as auto transmission, rear, side view cameras which made it easy to parallel park, good view on the road from higher profile, and very stable on the road.
