hi team!
I want to let you know that pick-up and drop-off managers are constantly trying to fool the client either fuel level.
When they give you the car, the level of fuel is not on the 100% and they say that it's a error of electronic panel of the car and the level of fuel is on 100% in fact.
BUT when you're filling the tank before returning the car back - you'll see that there is no error actually and they just gave you the car with not full tank! That happened to me twice already. That's annoying! I have photos as a proof, please contact me via email if you need me to send them to you.
the name of pick-up manager Svyatoslav Ganev
Thanks!

the car was good and served us well. One thing we were less pleased with - the car had an unpleasant smell inside that lingered throughout the whole trip. Generally speaking, car rental companies at Sofia AP should better the direction signs to the drop off floor, for first time users it can be very confusing
