The car was new but after 30 min using the car the car had problems with the system and lost power. We were very upset because we had to worry about the car during our entire trip. I do not recommend this car

Pick up was great. At dropoff I had to pay 4 bGN to cover parking. I wish I was told at pick up I shouldn't take a parking ticket when returning to airport if gate doesn't open automatically. Besides this everything was good

Valko and Aleksandar were great; organisation was fast and efficient. Overall very good service, and I would rate "excellent" if not for one bad part: when returning the car, looking for someone to help, my partner approached the car where the agents are together. There is no sign to not approach that car, but one of the agents (Mr. Ganev or so?) screamed at her in the most rude way to get away from there. There was no reason for this rude behaviour.
I would have rated "bad service" for that, but the others were exceptionally friendly.

Make sure that no control or warning lights are on.
This time the inspection was 200km overdue as I understood at the end.
Previously the tire pressures was signalled.
Even the engine warning I have experienced before.
I am used to it in the meantime. Other foreign customers might not be.
An information about the availability of parking sensors would be helpful. Every time I need to test if or what type of sensors the car has. This time I guess there were no front sensors, but back sensors and camera.

Less formal would be great.
It was the first time that I was even asked ti present the Voucher. Do I really need to have listen to the full speech about the liabilities etc. if I am renting from you with my frequency? It is not his fault, I know. Just policy… but why not change the policy?
Nice chat, fair and reasonable fast check and out-processing.
