Колите са като цяло нови и в отлично състояние. Дори при най малкият проблем, колата е била заменена с друга веднага със същия модел и марка .

very bad
Bad experience from start to finish! First it starten with the fact that I booked the car to Rent in the Airport Terminal. This always means the car is very close to the Airport and not 10minutes away by car! Nobody was at the Terminal Office when we landed on 7th april and everyone we contacted was very unfriendly and not understanding the Problem! It Tool us Almost 2 Hours to get the car, it has never took me that Long to rent a car! So we lost precious time on our holidays!
And on the drop off this morning the guys where unfriendly too and it took longer than the guys at the pick off told us. They said it’s no Problem when we drop off the car at 4:30 and it would just take a few minutes. It were actually more than 20minutes and if we wouldn‘t Tell the guy we were in hurry to get out plane we might have been to late for our flight.
So in total we will definitely not recommend your Company to anyone!

The rubber carpets at the driver are dangerous, they are blocking back movement of pedals
Tere was no hanger for jackets in the car so it easily falls down on the floor from the back seat
The top lid of the luggage area has broken hinges so it stays up, blocking the backward view when the 5th door is closed.

It's nothing about the personnel, but it takes quite a long time to go to the parking place and back to do a final check of the car
