The Fiesta is a bit lacking in horsepower for the Bulgarian mountains, I would get a Focus or similar next time.

Pros :Very good car, a lot of extras, drives very good.
Cons: Can take only one BIG laggige 28"*19"*12" in the trunk. If you have more and all seats are taken you have to pick a bigger car.

Staff are "run off their feet". You need to employ more of them. They do their best and are very polite but their is a long wait for their services.

This chap did not organise my pick-up. He was there when I dropped off the car. I was disappointed I could not re-book straightaway for March 2019.
I don't think this looks like the Aleksandr, a Trainee, who saw to my returning the car. I had to wait ages, but it was not Aleks' fault. You just need to employ more staff. There's such a swift turnaround, perhaps working conditions or pay are not good enough?
