The car pickup process at Varna Airport was quick and very easy. Within just a few minutes, we were able to collect the car ourselves without any unnecessary paperwork. The vehicle had already been photographed in advance, and everything was handled digitally, making the whole process smooth and convenient. A great experience that I would happily recommend.

A very friendly and professional gentleman. He explained everything clearly and made the whole handover process easy and pleasant. Excellent customer service!
I can’t rate this staff member because we returned the car to a gentleman shortly after 3:00 PM instead.

The car was spacious enough for two people, or even four passengers with smaller luggage. It drove well, although I personally missed the power of a larger engine. In Sport mode, the performance was perfectly reasonable. The equipment was modern and everything worked as expected. If you plan to use Apple CarPlay, don’t forget to bring a USB-A cable.

I left the keys and documents in key box at the drop off office desk. Within approx. 1 hour of dropoff I received drop off confirmation in my email box.
