The only complaint I have is that when we arrived there was nobody at the desk and we had to wait at least 10 min before your agents turned up. At that time we got worried and started dialling the company phone number, but nobody answered. Then we had to wait until they processed all clients (there were at least 6 of them) before they took us to the cars - this meant waiting another 30-40 min. There were 2 agents and they should have processed each client, handed over the car, then processed the next one etc. instead of making everybody wait for them to finish all the paperwork.
