We had booked a clio tourer which knew would hold our luggage. On arrival we were given a Renault Captur, which would not. This took some time to resolve even though our voucher was for a 'guaranteed model', the clio and this is what should have been supplied. In general we have used you a number of times and will continue to do so.....and recommend to our friends.

Service Bewertung:
good
The service was very good. There is one thing that I can think about and it’s more guidance thru the accident process, like what papers do you need to get from the police, where to pay the fine and such information could be useful. Beside the overall service was great. Thank you
