It's not the car to win a race but sufficient for a medium trip with 4 people and luggage for a few days.

We have rented from Top Rent A Car in Sofia several times and have always been very satisfied with their service. They offer very affordable prices and provide nearly new cars that are always in excellent condition.
One of the things we particularly appreciate is the flexibility with insurance options. You can purchase premium insurance directly from them or choose a slightly cheaper option through a third-party provider. Their unlimited mileage policy is another great advantage. During one of our rentals, we even drove to North Macedonia with their car after arranging and agreeing on it in advance, and everything went smoothly.
A special thank you goes to Nikolay Kostadinov, who has been excellent every time we dealt with him. He is friendly, professional, and never pushes customers to buy more expensive products or services. Instead, he explains everything clearly and transparently. The guy is a real treasure and a great representative of the company.
Top Rent A Car is a very fair, customer-focused company that genuinely cares about its clients. We highly recommend them and will definitely continue using their services whenever we visit Bulgaria.

We would also like to thank Yoakim Osichenko for his outstanding customer service. We mistakenly misread the fuel gauge and returned the car with less fuel than required. Yoakim took the time to explain what had happened and why, and despite our mistake, he did not charge us any additional fees. That level of fairness and understanding is rare and highly appreciated.

The car is small and economical, with very good fuel consumption. However, if you need to accelerate quickly, it takes some time to build up speed. Overtaking can be a bit challenging, especially on faster roads, as the car is equipped with a 1.0L engine. That said, for city driving and general everyday use, it performs well and is very cost-effective to run.

Happy with the service and the car. When we arrived we had to wait a bit too much in queue but it is understandable that it can happen when several people arrive at the same time.
I had caused a light scratch on the car door and it was handled in professional manner according to the rental terms. I am happy to rent from you again.
It would be nice to be able to see at the reservation time if the car has navigation unit. Our car had it which was good.
The navigation unit language was set to Bulgarian and it was a bit difficult to change it to English. It would be great if the staff would configure the car for English when the customer is non-Bulgarian speaking. :)
