I ended up at the rental office a few hours earlier and the car just pulled in front of the office and I was told that I have to wait 2 more hours when the car was sitting in front of the office. My mam was waiting for me on a bus stop in a different town in the same time. I would appreciate more flexibility when possible.

She was doing everything very quick but it seams that the system for returning takes longer time. We spent over an hour to return a car and we missed the airplane . For example in the USA I just have to drop off the keys of the rental car in a drop off box and keep going.

Last time I got opel mocka the I liked much better as a brand.
This Citroen C3 had over 110 k kilometers and was getting burned oil smell when I was going uphill.

When I picked up the car the windscreen and rear window were not clean. After driving 80 kilometres the oil warning light came on and stayed on. I therefore went to OMV garage where assistant looked at dipstick and Paid to have oil top up. two more times the oil warning light came on. I checked dipstick when cold and the car was over filled with oil. There was clearly a fault on the oil light indicator. Also the lane control indicator activated many times although I was in the middle of the driving lane. This was slightly annoying.

I was advised that I could have picked a car without the advertising for a higher price. The advertising is ok but the decals on the rear windscreen obscure the view and are potentially dangerous. i will not rent such a car again.

Обслужването на рецепция от служителите много добро, но исках да удължим наема с още едно седмица след което ми казаха,че трябва да карам 400 км от Несебър до София и обратно , да върна колата да получа друга понеже на тази кола е дошло времето за обслужване, изгубих цял ден.

The service of desk manager was good and polite , all the rest was too long and complicated
