I haven't given an excellent as Toprentacar have added an additional "optional" charge at pickup. You have the option to pay €18 to have the car washed on return. If you don't take this option they can charge you €36 when dropping off if they decide the car isn't clean enough. I really felt that I had no choice but to pay the €18, I think this should be included in the basic price at booking

In general, everything about the car was fine.
The only issue was that we were told we would have to to pay an extra fee so that we would not have to wash our car before bringing it back. This had not been part of the contract and we had to discuss with a local manager for 5 minutes before they figured out that we had made the contract before this change had been made.

Easy, quick and lovely staff.
Cars were excellent as had two cars over 3 weeks, only issue is collected them BOTH with 600 km in tank and the rule is you fill it up when you return the car. And both I left with 700 km in tank.....so Both were NOT full at the start!
