Everything was great. Easy to get a car, easy to drop. The car itself was of good quality, reliable, and performing as expected.
The 100 euro return fee came at a great surprise but it seems everyone is doing it.
Since I am planning to use your service to go back to Sofia, it would have been nice to wave the fee for my trip back. I asked but was told it would not happen.

Very professional. Explained details about rental and what to do in case of unexpected issues with the car and or accident.
Very professional. Answered my questions in polite way. Inspection round was quick and was able to continue with my day right away.

Price for the car is well worth it. The car performs very well on surface streets and high way.
100 euro return Varna/Sofia return fee seems off, but all rental companies seem to be doing it so something to just get used to.

Im overally very happy with the service and the communication with the agents. The only unpleasant situation we had is tha our tyre was flattened during our road trip and the spare tyre in the car was also flattened which i consider unacceptable! We were in the middle of nowhere and thankfully it was day time. Please check your spare tyres before you rent the cars.
