They would bring the car to Plovdiv at 13:00. But they turned up at 14:30. Ofcourse I can understand that things can happen which you can't control, like traffic. But wat I can't understand is why WE had to call for information. They were more than an hour late. Please inform you customers in time when you know you wil be late. That is really a simple thing to do. We pay €50,- to pick up the car in Plovdiv doens't this include a phonecall when you are late?

I was really happy with the car and the service.
However, I ordered Wi-Fi and planned accordingly and it was not available.
Also, the GPS on The car is not up to date. This caused it to be completely useless after it caused us several delays (roads to bansko are not there). It is a shame because otherwise everything was great.

The car was not ready on time and had to wait until it was cleaned/filled up etc. You need to update your car seat selection, they felt very flimsy and unsafe. You should invest in better ones as it does not inspire an overall confidence. However your customer service on the phone was very good

Iliana was quite unfriendly. She was not interested in explaining much about the insurance or car, she spoke as if I knew it all and it was only when I pressed her on a couple of things that she bothered to explain with extreme boredom. She obviously does not enjoy her job and she lets it show. I think she should go on a customer service course.
Stefan was very uncommunicative. There were no problems with the car though so it was all very simple but again the customer service was not aspiring.

Svetozar недостаточно тщательно осматривает автомобиль перед передачей клиенту. В моем случае были пропущены царапины на переднем бампере. При получении автомобиля (гр. Бяла) он запарковал его бампером в кусты, что затруднило осмотр. Вероятно, автомобиль достался мне с уже поцарапанным бампером. К сожалению, при сдаче автомобиля информации об этом не нашлось, хотя обнаружилось фото царапин с другого края. Характер царапин говорит о том, что сделаны они были скорее всего одновременно. Непонятно только, почему заплатить за это должна была я. 110 евро за невнимательность менеджера - это довольно дорого.
Прошу руководство компании принять меры по инструктажу сотрудников для своевременного обнаружения и фиксации повреждений.

We were very happy with the car and service until we dropped the car off. We were told we are being charged 40 bgn for a bit of sand in it!!! This is appalling. There was no dirt that actually marked the car so the sand hasn't cause any extra cost to you at all. You would need to vacuum out the car anyway. This is not good customer service, we were on holiday, of course there will be sand!

As noted above! My husband was shown the list of charges stating that "heavy dirt" would be charged for at 30 euros. The agent then proceeded to say that as it wasnt heavy dirt he would "only" charge 40 bgn for the sand!! Light dirt isn't listed on the charge sheet. It's a disgrace!! How are we supposed to clean sand out of the car when we're on holiday???

Good prices; people who speak well English, very eager to helping. Fisrt car Rexton with very used tires (I had to make one repear). The Touareg was very good but hadn't got its spare tire... both cars dirty. Difficult to change the dates of rental (different from Avis or Hertz for example).

Не предупредили что помимо полного бака машину надо сдать в идеальной частоте! В итоге изза небольшого наличия песка в багажнике( понятно что там лежал зонт, Детский круг и т.д. и песок нападал) сняли 35 евро за чистку, что считаю очень высокой ценой!
