This time I had a not pleasant situation - one wiper on a windshield was intentionally damaged ( bended) by vandals near our apartments in the middle of our rent. Might be I did not clearly explain a situation to your call center operator - I was advised to come to the office in the airport, but only at the office it became clear that this kind of a damage is not covered by your insurance without police protocol. As I already left a place where it was happened, I decided not to claim a case to a policy, and pay for this damage after evaluation at the Renault service station from a deposit left.
Might be next time I will purchase insurance from Rentalcars ( where I made an order)

The pick-up takes approx. 15-20 min per person, but the drop-off goes very fast and smooth. We have received the same car we booked, it was new and with less than 10k km driven.
However, we were surprised by the prices in general. We booked in advance, but still paid above 470 EUR for 11 days in Aug-Sep. Two years ago in Italy we paid slightly above 300 EUR for the same number of days. It could be, however, related to the covid-19 pandemic.
Overall, would use this car rental again.
