Overall, we were very happy with your services. Pick-up was slightly delayed due to a high volume of customers at the time, but the staff was absolute quality—they made up for the wait with their outstanding efficiency and kindness.
We do have a couple of suggestions for future improvement:
1. Regarding the gas discount cards, it would be very helpful if you clearly specified the exact discount for each petrol station chain. Since rates might change seasonally, you could include a sheet with the car documentation featuring a QR code linked to the updated discounts, so customers can easily check and decide what works best for them. We understood there was a minimum 3% discount, but on our last refill at OMV, in Botevgradsko Shose 264, it was negligible—around twenty-something cents on a €14 purchase.
2. The office space doesn't seem well insulated. Installing a green roof cover, for instance, could help regulate the temperature and lower your electric bill with a relatively small investment.
In any case, I assumed those pick-up and drop-off offices are temporary or currently undergoing renovation.
Lastly, we really liked the shuttle service between the airport and the offices!

She was very attentive and efficient, and her English was fluent. She worked quickly and explained every detail clearly.
Outstanding service! He was also our shuttle driver upon arrival and pleasantly surprised us by quickly switching to Spanish. His attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills made our experience so much better.

In this model (Citroen C3) we couldn't locate the front fog lights, which we really missed during a few driving conditions in the area. We understand rear fog lights are mandatory, but having front ones would have been a great bonus for driving safety there.

Every time we visit Bulgaria, we rent from Top Rent A Car, and they have never disappointed us. The cars are always clean, well-maintained, and reliable, and the entire rental process is smooth from start to finish.
The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient, making both pick-up and drop-off quick and hassle-free. We've consistently had excellent service, which is why we keep coming back year after year.
We highly recommend Top Rent A Car to anyone visiting Bulgaria and will definitely continue using them on our future trips!

Overall, we were very happy with the VW Golf. The car was clean, comfortable, reliable, and drove very well throughout our trip.
The only reason we're not giving it a perfect score is that the trunk capacity didn't match our expectations. The listing mentioned it could fit two large suitcases, but in our experience it could only accommodate two carry-on suitcases. Unfortunately, we had to place our larger luggage inside the cabin.
Other than that, the car was excellent, and we would happily rent it again.
