Another great experience with Top Rent A Car! I’ve used their service several times now and have always been happy. The Hyundai i20 automatic was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Great service all round, and definitely a company I’ll continue to use and recommend to others. Keep up the good work!

After i got pick up from the airport
I had to wait for over an hour as i was next in line to go through the papper work

Mr hristo went through the process quickly
I had booked this service through bookings.com
Also brought an additional full cover insurance
How ever when the agent told me that i will not have any cover nor any break down assistant from Top rent a car since i did not buy additional covers from them was a real shock
This made me very nervous and my whole trip very anxious that if something goes wrong whom am i suppose to call for help in a foreign land
A breakdown assistance is a minimum requirement for a car rental service
I hope you will look into this matter seriously to make customers feels safe and reassured
Drop off was quite smooth Very frendly staff

Having no counter within the airport makes this a little difficult
But if have a phone with international call facilities
They will attend to you and send a shuttle to pick up
Having no breakdown assistance is a big bummer
Even when you have a full cover brought from a third party
Their own covers and very expensive almost double the price of the whole rent
