The overall experience was great except one thing , when you rent a vehicle for more than 20 days you have to come back with the renal car to one of the centres to pay again the security deposit even though the fee was paid in full. At this moment we had family emergency and the customer service rep on the phone was extremely rude and had no compassion regarding our situation. That ruined our experience with your company. When working in customer service with all different situations you have to have a bit compassion and great customer service skills.

Мы заплатили дополнительно за пересечение турецкой границы 80 евро, но через границу нас не пустили. Оказалось что надо иметь Болгарское ВНЖ или гражданство что бы пересекать границу на болгарских номерах. При иел. Разговоре Дарина оператор колл центра сказала что это наши проблемы. Вот такая забота о клиентах. Хотя сто процентов они владеют данной информацией, но жажда наживы важней. Поэтому аккуратней при заказе автомобиля в этой конторе. По поводу сотрудника который передавал машину, все ОК. Машина так же ОК. Осадок все равно остался

When the dates were set for our rental period, either we or the agent made a mistake in the date of return of the car. We were leaving Bulgaria from Bourgas airport on June 4 so naturally wanted the car until that time. We never noticed that the date on the rental agreement was June 3. We were contacted by the call centre on June 4 asking about the return of the car. We explained and said we would pay the extra day but would leave the car back at an earlier time on June 4 to facilitate the next renter. However, when we returned the car we were charged a penalty of two days rental on top of the extra day for which we had agreed. When we queried this we were told that we would be refunded €10. This was a genuine mistake and we do not believe there should have been a penalty. We used your company in Bulgaria before but after this experience we would not be so quick to commit to your company.

Абсолютно неразбиране на разликата в цената директно от TopRendaCar беше по-висока от тази в Booking. При което ми беше продадена и допълнителна, доста висока бих казала застраховка в послединят мемент на гишето при наемане на колата. Условията са неясни и за пореден път остава мнение за неясна и некоректна ценова политика спрямо клиента.

Good service with pick-up at given address. High rates for hiring from Rousse. Car was older and had quite some mileage (155k). Car was also very slow with 75 HP. In Bulgaria more HP is welcome! Would have expected better from Top Rent-A-Car.

The staff was rude telling I had to pay extra for the ticket, even though the card is present.
