The car seemed like a brand new one, it was clean and perfect.

I think the problem was language-related. I am an English translator-interpreter but I couldn’t understand a single word he was saying. He didn’t seem to be helpful, he kept repeating the same words which I clearly couldn’t understand louder and rather in an impatient manner instead of trying to explain what he meant or paraphrase. He may have had a bad day and it is OK, but I don’t think it’s the best way of treating customers. Also, since I knew that our flight will leave quite early on the day of our leave, and I saw that the airport office opens at 9, I tried to get some information on how we’ll be able to return the car, but he only said that we will be charged some extra money. I decided to call the customer service instead where a really nice lady helped me.
He was really kind and happy to assist us even it was rather early in the morning. We were totally satisfied with his super-kindly behaviour.
