had a problem with a lack of screen wash..... the screen wash was not needed on the first day, on the second i went to clear the wind screen only to find it was empty. it had not been checked.
we had to wait almost an hour for our car on pick up. the service is usually good and as it was a quiet time of the year i was disappointed that after a long commute to Burgas we had to wait again.

Very good service, both at pickup and reserving the needed extras beforehand. Pricing is very moderate.

Good and easy car to drive, but driving in dark was terrible. The headlight of the car was not good. We felt that we hardly could see anything! The high-beam worked as it should.

Car rental company representative was very professional during pick up / drop off the car however I had small objections because the car. I understand that it was low cost car rental however I think car should be cleaner. Smell inside also wasn't good. Rented car made high noise when speed was higher than 110 km/h (wind). Also I felt vibrations on wheel above 120 km/h.
