All was well like the last time I rented from your company some 3 years ago before the Covid.
This time I was a bit disappointed at the end in that when I returned the vehicle the agent wanted to charge me for some salt crystals spilt on the boot carpet that fell from a salt packet that had a small hole in it. I just took the small carpet out and the salt fell off. It was such a small amount and it was really unbelievable that I was made to feel like we did something wrong to the car! No damages whatsoever were made to the car and I was fully insured like always! Anyway after complaining that this is ridiculous, at the end I was not charged but the feeling was bad.

My only complaint is regarding the Hot spot device. It was very "slow" and I could not upload any site with photos and or maps etc,
When i returned the car I was notified that i would have to contact you and you would have
"charge" the device with some extra Gbts.... Well, this is something you should do prior to the rent and not during the rent, isn't it?
Anyway, I think you should consider to compensate me for that. (See Резервация № 040622979- the cost was 45 EUR) because I hardly had any use of the device.
For any other issue, as a frequent client, I am very pleased. Keep it on!

The only problem is the location, you should organise a transfer from airport to parking and viceversa. Thanks
