Информацията на сайта е достатъчна. Служителите на кол центъра са наясно с продуктите. Резервация, плащане, документи бяха лесни. Липсва онлайн чек ин или възможност за начало/край на наема без контакт със служители (goldcar имат такива супер удобни услуги).

За всички, които харесват е-автомобили е супер. Особено за цената си. 350 км рейндж са оптимистични, особено ако се използва магистрала... При 140 км разходът спокойно се качва на 30kw/100км. Спасение са само станциите на финес за които предвидливо има карта, но батерията се пълни за около час... Пътуване до Варна / Бургас трудно може да се случи без подобно спиране.

Assurance fil option c'est n'est pas ça
Ils faut revoir les conditions d'assurance avec votre assureur pour les fameux protocole délivré par la police en cas des dégâts causés ors accident (PTP). Mois je parlé la langue du pays mais un étranger qui ne parlé pas Bulgarie ils pourront pas récupéré ce fameux protocole de,CAT. Veuillez agréer Madame Monsieur mes sincères salutations.

I don't understand why full cover needs a police call out for a scrape. I thought the police would have better things to do. However I accepted the €40. Charge for the paint as I did not get a report from the police. Staff handled it very politely even though I was less than happy that full cover still had me paying another €40 .

The in car phone charger didn't work. And I bought a new one thinking it was my cable and it blew the charger up.
Overall I would probably use them again but with more checking of the car.

Автомобиль очень неудобный, солнце отражается от переднего стекла и слепит, не видно дороги, что создает аварийную ситуацию,
В салоне автомобиля нет полочек, куда можно положить очки, телефон, сложить другие мелкие вещи.
Постараюсь больше не брать Ситроен.

The car had already some minor scratches at rear left, they were marked in the protocol. Nevertheless, Georgi asked us if we marked it ourselves in the protocol. The correct procedure, if he has any doubt, is to check the original protocol that you must have somewhere in your office. To ask us is not very polite, some more assertive person than me could even get angry. This is just an advice for next time and next customers. On the whole, it was a pleasant experience.
