Overall everything went well, no problems neither at pick-up nor the drop-off, the agents were friendly and helpful. The requirement to clean the car by the customer or pay a fee that is higher than the rental price of one day is a big minus.

The car is average, many strange or even stupid design choices. The engine makes strange noises when started, but calms down after some time.

Despite the fact I was charged 260 euros for a scratch and didn't get any compensation for 4 full days - 1 hours earlier drop off other things was ok. But this made the whole experience not pleasant. Agents are fine.

I hit a pothole on my way in northern Bulgaria, it resulted in a flat tyre and rim damage. It was in night and in the middle of nowhere. Toprentacar provided excellent service, they arranged a tow truck which took me to my destination and next day they arrange repair of the wheel.

The car is good but I woudn't recommend it if you expect bad roads on your trip. It has low profile tyres which look nice but if you hit a pothole, you can destroy a tyre and even a rim easily. Also the car have a repair set only, there is no spare wheel in the trunk.
