First of all, I would like the help that Valeri gaves us when we just landed to Sofia. His service was perfect!
However, things changed when today we returned the car to Georgi. From the start, Georgi was very rude to us and acuse us of not advising the company we would return the car early. As I explained to him we had already told Valeri the day that we arrived we eould return the car before and told us that it would be no problem. After he started telling us we would had to pay the parking ticket because we had not passed the card parking in really bad manners.
The whole experience was really dissapointing since we had initially a vert nice experience with the renting.
Hope the message is used for improving the service.

Searched for car at T1 Sofia Airport , only when I paid did I find out pick up was T2. Big inconvenience at this airport. Car seats stained, car had various bumps etc, but not all noted on form, had to point out the worst to agent, he said he would add to form, but not mine
Due to bad weather on return we wanted to drop car off quickly to catch our plane, agent was v. Slow.

When I booked the car at Top rent a Car, on their web site said that cross border is allowed in Serbia, and the guy at the counter told me that is not possible because I need to have permission.

Had a small glass damage after returning to the parked car. Unfortunately, the police that was present would not take an accident note, since there was no one directly to blame. The only way was through the police headquarter in Plovdiv, which wouldn't have been possible for me if I didn't have assistance by a Bulgarian friend.
I understand that these are the contract terms, however I know no other rental company (gold member at sixt and status member at Europcar) which deals with non-accident damage in this way. Glass damage is usually always covered by full protection.
Is this really the standard procedure? If so, I will probably not rent from your company again, since 10€ more for Sixt will spare me the trouble in the future.

Здравейте,
1) Моята резервация беше за Рено Кангу за период от 34 дена. Като пристигнах на терминала да взема колата, с изненада разбрах, че вместо това ми се дава Форд Транзит Конект без да бъда предупреден и изрично попитан дали съм съгласен на този вариант. Изрично бях избрал Рено Кангу защото е с по-малки размери и щеше да ми е по-удобен за управление.
Вместо това получих по-големия по размери Ford Transit Connect и това допринесе да проблема с ожулването на десен заден калник в тесен участък на улица във Велико Търново.
2) Инструкциите ви на гърба на договора не посочват какво трябва да се направи при инцидент а само, че трябва протокол от КАТ. Аз в повечето време не живея в България и нямах на представа, че трябвало да звъня на спешния номер 112 за това тривиално нещо. Ходих до КАТ във Велико Търново да питам какво да правя и те ме обвиниха, че съм напуснал мястото на инцидента (мястото където ожулих колата) и затова не ми издадоха протокол.
Така, въпреки наличието на застраховка и това, че съм редовен клиент, вашият служител Александр начисли 300 евро допълнително плащане, което е огромна сума за кола, чиято стойност не е повече от 3-4 хиляди лева. Аз съм безркайно разочарован и скандализиран от това.

Разочарована съм, за последен път наемам кола от вас. Отдавна съм ви клиент и за пръв път не съм доволна. Първо преди да кацнем никой не ни съобщи, че работите само от терминал 2, и никой няма да ни чака (каквато беше практиката преди) което за нас означаваше ходене с автобус (на всеки половин час) с три огромни куфара и дете на 1.5г, за да стигнем до терминала. Идеята на това да си наеме човек кола е да не се вози по автобуси и да зависи от техните графици. Надявам се разбирате как нямахме никакъв избор, като кацнахме. Иначе може би още тогава щях да се откажа от услугите ви. След трудното стигане до терминал 2 не ни пуснаха защото трябвало да им покажа резервация за рентакар. Вие и затова не ме бяхте уведомили (че трябва да си я носия принтирана). След дълги ровения в имейла си на роуминг, намерих резервацията и я показах на охраната, които ни пуснаха и се запътихме ( пак с куфарите и детето) до офиса ви, където имаше трима души преди мен. Още чакане... в момента, в който дойде нашия ред нещата тръгнаха по-бързо и гладко, както е било винаги преди и както очаквах да се случи от самото начало с вашата фирма. Обаче май беше прекалено бързо. На връщане на колата се оказа че имало драскотина, която мисля, че си е била там и не сме я видяли при взимането. Не твърдя, че съм експерт и със сигурност не успях да видя драскотината, която колегата ви намери и ние трябваше да платим. Може да е била там при вземането, може би не... но понеже колата стоя 5 дни на охраняем паркинг и сме я карали само по магистралата от и до морето, съм почти сигурна че не я одраскахме ние и със съжаление си платих (за да не си изпусна полета!) Връщането на колата също беше неприятно с дълго чакане и неразбиране от ваша страна. Както казах и на колегата ви, за последен път. Дано успеете да си подобрите обслужването и да не губите повече клиенти.
