The pick up at the airport was frustratingly slow but once at the depot was quick.
On the return you appear to be getting short of space.
I would like to see full information on the insurance before the extra package . It critically does not appear to be explained

Unprepared when we picked up car, slow in getting documents prepared and made mistakes on car outbound , no insurance at the border on return, causing delay and extra cost .
Nice guy, when realized there was an issue, immediately got manager to assist.

Good economic car with space for a family of 4 and all the stuff we travel with. Only one comment, the cars is a little underpowered, so time is needed for taking over and acceleration.
