At the airport, there was nobody at the Rental Desk so we called the number and they sent the pick-up.
Very helpful staff
Efficient & helpful staff in the car rental depo when we got there to collect the car.
Depo is a long way from the airport and road quality is poor, but that is not TOP Car issue.

Костадин се справи много добре. И в двата случая беше сам. Необходими са двама по всяко време за да се намали чакането на гишето.

Would have been excellent except the pick up from the terminal on arrival was a bit chaotic. Not prepared for the number of people arriving at the same time so we had to wait for another bus to arrive, and there were still people waiting after the second bus

Today it took too long time to return the car. There was a long line of impatient and sweating people. ( 34 - 37 c). And som had a plane to catch. You know when the cars come back, so it is possible to have a matching staff.

It is a nice car, but such a car should have cameras. It has a adaptive breakingsystem. That is fantastic.

All in all, we were satisfied with the car rental.
But as we didn't know that we couldn't drop the car off directly at the airport, we had to drive back to the station outside the airport with all our luggage and had to pay parking fees for exceeding the stopping time at the airport. Due to the lost time, check-in at the airport with a child and baby carriage was also very stressful.
It would therefore make sense to explicitly inform customers of the exact address where the car has to be dropped off!
