The rear tire was losing air, had to inflate it twice. The Citroen has pretty bad headlights for a new vehicle, something to consider when buying new cars.

First time using your service. Very pleased with the overall experience.

It took a while to arrange the shuttle bus at the airport as there was a long queue at the desk. When eventually reaching the desk it was ordered with around 25 minutes wait. After that it all went smoothly. Where the pickup is off-site it would be useful to have a contact number to arrange collection rather than wait in a long queue behind others arranging their airport collections.
Some confusion over new insurance paperwork but not anyone's fault.
