Transfer from airport was ok, did not have to wait long. Overall process was fast when taking and returning car. No issues there. Car was in very good condition.
Only one exception was that car was with summer tires in October, when sudden snow happens on road and up in mountains, which cause dangerous situations.
Although mandatory winter tires are not requested, would be nica that cars are equiped, because there is snow in mountains even in October!

The car itself drives nice. But there are too many signals for everything! What a lot of noise. And settings have to be done every time the car is started again. That was not so comfortable!

Always satisfied with the experience. only this time, apart from the sorry state of the car, countless scratches and stickers around , the electric pump was not working.
Apart from that very satisfied with the customer service on the desk but also on the phone

There was a little disappointment when the car reserved was not available.
Also the charging fees are not all transparent. At times is hard to understand the charges

Depending what is the car used for. For a long hall where the roads present pot holes is better to have a car with larger wheels. Otherwise you have to pay close attention to the roads
