Good booking page, free shuttle service from and to the airport, short waiting time both for pick-up and drop-off.

Friendly and professional. He could have explained a little bit more about the car features.
Also friendly and professional.

The car is small: one of our suitcases had to be stored on the rear seat.
The rather small rear window is partially covered with advertisement for Top Rent A Car, so that the visibility is impaired.

Вашият служител направи всичко по изискванията на компанията,но не мисля че правилно да платя 46 лева заради това че съм пристигнал 10 минути след 19.00 часа.първо не ме беше казано за това условие,второ трябва да се смята фактора задръстване.

Everything was awesome except I would loved to have a bit more elaborate guide on how to charge an electric vehicle. I tried charging but first the cards didn’t work and then when I registered my own through an app it seemed like it started to charge but then didn’t charge at all after 30 minutes.

The tempomat-function was not available. Even after a phone call with the hotline, they did not give us a correct answer - wenn traveling for hours from the seaside to e.g. Asenovgrad it was rather uncomfortable.

We were not explained the functions of the buttons+tempomat on the driver's wheel. When asked the clerk to explain it to us we were told: "It is anormal car. You will find everythiung".
Sorry, this was not a proper service, as I do not drive Toyota at home, so the commands are rather different.
Denis was very customer-oriented and ready to help. Very friendly as well.

Please explain the customers the most important buttons on the driving wheel. Thus one feels more comfortable as a driver.
