Anna is extremely professional, nice and kind, she explained everything to us with great patience and grace.
The vehicle arrived with an improper baby seat, which delayed our departure for more than 2 hours and when we asked the staff to return the vehicle later due to this, they did not agree and did not agree to compensate us for it.

when the car was inspected at drop off, we were told the seat was stained in the front passenger and rear right passenger
This was not the case - we had spilt nothing on the seats and hadn't even used the rear seats. Felt like extortion and completely made up in order to try and get us to pay more. This left a bitter taste at the end of our experience. Also no instructions for where to drop the car off

Колата за която предплатих (Пежо 308 или подобна) не ме чакаше. Беше ми приготвено Пежо 208. Вследствие на това закъснях за среща която имах с потенциален работодател, въпреки времевия толеранс след приземяването.
По време на разговорите с call центъра за AddBlue добавка не ми беше обърнато внимание че трябва да поискам фактура. Вследствие на това платих добавката със собствени средства. Бих предложил в дизеловите коли да се оставя кратка картонче с напомняне, че при плащане на добавката (която не е евтина) трябва да се изисква фактура на името на фирмата.
Картите за отстъпки не работеха във всички бензиностанции (предполагам вината не е фирмата, но е добре да го знаете).

За втори път комуникирам с Александър. Знам това със сигурност, защото съм го запомнил от първата ни среща с безкрайно подробното си описание на всички възможни процедури (говоря от опита си с други негови колеги на същата позиция). Тези протяжни описания със спокоен тон, може да са доста изнервящи за клиент, наемащ за N-ти път кола от една и съща фирма, с една и съща процедура, недоспал и след закъснал полет... През август беше с около 30% по кратък от юни - за едни и същи неща (надявам се да му омръзва и да става по практичен)
Като негов плюс мога да отбележа, че след допусната груба грешка от колегите му в backend-a (объркана кола за която клиента е предплатил), влезе бързо в ситуацията, потърси и намери решение, което се опита да внуши на backend персонала.
С една дума - развива се положително.
Като човек, който също дава нощни смени ми направи добро впечателние, че той беше адекватен по трудните часове на нощта. А това понякога хич не е лесно :)

Колата е добра за шофьори харесващи автоматичните скорости. Има няколко софтуърни бъга (свързани както с шофирането, така и с мултимедията), но като цяло предлага добро качество за нова кола.
