The vehicle we had originally booked said it could fit 2 large suitcases and 2 small suitcases. This was not the case. The car only allowed a single large suitcase so we needed to upgrade at a cost.
The vehicle we finally received was fine however the back door would not open from the inside.
The booster seat was also filthy

Фактът, че получихме кола с летни гуми в началото на април и се добрахме страшно трудно до хотела в снега е просто No Go. Всичко останало беше супер.

I arrive almost two hours late and I was charged more than a rental day, ok not so big deal but last week my previous rental when I found different damages on the car and I had to wait more than one hour until the whole procedure was completely no one come to give a discount, you can check the hour when I had to receive the car and when I left the place and because another car was closing the drive way and no one from the stuff was able to find the car key for long time, as I said no problem to pay for one and half hour I came late but why not to receive a discount for my time spent there too?

Маслото в двигателя не беше проверено и трябваше да долея два литра. Съпортът ми върна обяждане след повече от два часа.
