Great car and great on site service my only complaint was when I called to extend my lease or to return the car in different location. They told me that i can return the car in different location for a fee of €160 and I told them that I have to reschedule my flights first. once I done it I called them again a few hours later and they said I have to return the car to the the original location as the car has been rented. I went back to the website and I checked I still can rent the car and I called them again and they finally agreed to extend the lease of the car with few more days, but I still had to drive back all the way from Sofia to Varna to return the car on the original location , I wasted another day of my holiday on the roads

While the car itself was great, the initial handover process could have been more thorough, and the car’s preparation should have been better.

The first specialist explained the rental process thoroughly, but they did not accompany me to inspect the car for any damages or verify its condition in person. Instead, they briefly showed me photos from the protocol and pointed out the direction where the car was parked. When I arrived at the vehicle, it was covered in snow. Unfortunately, there was no proper snow brush available – only a dirty ice scraper for clearing ice from the windows. Cleaning the car and inspecting it thoroughly with such a tool was inconvenient and time-consuming. Additionally, the interior was not adequately clean; the driver’s side door sill and front floor mats were dirty.
During the return process, the second specialist noticed dirt in the trunk, even though I did not use it during my rental. However, the second specialist was professional and efficient, and I have no further complaints.
