Dear Mr. Sagi,
Thank You for Your feedback!
We are very sorry that you had to face certain inconveniences in the beginning of Your rent. It is correct that large number of customers arrived at the same time, despite the fact that many indicated different times when booking. Such situations are extremely rare and we are very sorry to have kept you waiting.
We hope that you will decide to use our services again and we will change your opinion about us.
We wish you to have a successful day!

We booked a car for Sunny Beach, as we received the confirmation we noticed that it said Sunny Day and we immediately notified the company through email and did not hear back until the same day we were supposed to get the car delivered. That´s when they discovered the mistake and claimed that the car was 1,5 hours away but we asked them to just deliver that car while we waited. We were told they would send a different car from Bourgas but it would take 1,5 hours to clean it and prepare it for us which we agreed to. !,5 hours later the car arrived but it was not cleaned nor inside or outside and it was not serviced. aircondition not working properly and caused 2 of our children to get carsick due to the heat.

Asked for information she was not legally authorized to ask for and would not give us the car unless we did everything she asked for. I was the only driver but she requested my wifes driverslicens and passport, she wrote down our debitcardnumber on a document instead for keeping. It took 2,5 hours to fill out all the documents, go over the car and all the damages and she finally claimed we had no insurance even though we bought top insurance.
Professional and helpful, polite and nice.

Dear Mr. Vihma,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback about our services.
We would like to clarify an important nuance regarding your rental.
You have booked your car on the website of our partner.
Under these circumstances, our company may act only an intermediary. Unfortunately, we did not receive information about the change of location either from you or from our partner until the date on which we were supposed to deliver the car to you. And when this information was finally sent to us, time for reaction was very short, so we delivered the car to you from another city to meet your needs.
We understand your dissatisfaction, in addition we would like to ask you to directly contact the company through which you placed your order to resolve this situation, and we, for our part, will be happy to provide you with the necessary help and assistance, since the satisfaction and comfort of our customers is a priority for us.
We remain at your disposal for any questions by email: customer.service@toprentacar.bg.
Kind regards,
Top rent a car

The location off-site is terrible and requires additional time. I don't think i will rent again as long as this location is used.
The car was late (we had to wait for it), it was not cleaned properly and the windschield wiper system was not functional because it did not spray water, even after I refilled it. Staff seemed overworked. Shuttle service was good. Considering the price I paid, the overall experience was bad.
Longest rental car drop-off ever, because only one person was there to do all the work and there were 3 parties before me.

The website did not provide clear information about the car : we rented by mistake an electric car (this was not even written on the voucher !) with a range of max 200 km while we had indicated that we planned a 400+ km ride.
Car pick-up took more than 2 hours...

The electric car was almost brand new and technically OK. The problem was driving an electric only (no hybrid) car in a country with a very very low coverage of charging points made the trip almost a nightmare. Travelling with the fear of staying in the middle of nowhere withought energy and the frustration of mostly very slow charging points or not functioniong ones, coupled with sometimes weak internet coverage, will prevent me for years to come from using this actually politically correct and environmentally clean way of transport, at least in a place like Bulgaria. Hopefully the infrastructure in the country improves soon. The batteries of the cars will surely have more potency in the future, I am sure. A pioneer experience I would not like to repeat.

In the contract it was written: pick up and drop off at the Airport. Both was not possible. You have changed your agreements without informing your platform partners. The overall services are much worse than before. We rented three cars in a row and you had no flexibility and even less feeling for a good service for a random customer.
