Long wait for pick up the car
And even longer to drop the car back
1 nice employee on many customers
We had to wait half an hour to return the car
Instead of 5 minutes in Avis for example

an hour over time cost more then the original booking for 3 days. That a delay costs additional money is ok, but over 200 BGN it’s alsmost a scam.

Недостатъчен персонал през летния сезон (Август) , изключително много хора се обслужват от един човек, голяма опашка, неработещ климатик

I didn't understand his English. He was arrogant and not really friendly.
The car I got from his female colleague, because he was busy with other customers.
He answered my questions (I could understand his english) and we finished fast.

Many damages at the car.
You have to look carefully when you pick up the car, that they notice every damage in their protocol.
The price for a week was good.

No mention on discount gaz card. Long time to finish.
Charged 50 euros for just a little sand in trunk. No time to argue. Flight to catch. Had hard time to finish.

Hi,
A few comments.
Too long a wait. We waited 20 minutes for delivery from the airport to the office. Registration took more than 30 minutes. Surcharge for evening order + surcharge for morning return time, today this is rare. Otherwise, we were satisfied. The car is in good condition, discount cards at gas stations really work, a good feature.

overall service was good, they helped very quickly with the issue of a wheal clamp. Reasonable price for the car, but we had to pay a whole extra day because we returned the car with an hour delay after the office hours, because we got lost with the navigation. We called to let them know about this delay and nobody on the phone told us about this high tax. Unfortunately this exaggerated price is the reason I would not rent a car at toprentacar again.

you asked me €50 for a full electric charge, when to recharge at any station the price would have been a maximum of €25
