Димитър е много професионален, приятелски настроен и услужлив.
Имахме шанса да попаднем отново на Димитър, всичко беше много точно и добре обяснено. Благодарим за доброто обслужване.

We had a very positive experience with Top Rent A Car during our family holiday in Bulgaria. Our good experience actually started well before we arrived in Bulgaria. Before the pick-up date, we contacted the company several times with questions and they were very helpful, providing us with the information and reassurance we needed while preparing for our trip.
We had specifically selected the Citroën C3 Aircross Automatic Hybrid when making our booking, and we were very pleased to receive the car we had chosen. It proved to be an excellent family car: comfortable, economical and with enough space for our luggage.
This was my first experience driving a left-hand-drive car, driving on the opposite side of the road from Malta, and also driving a hybrid. At first it was a new experience, but I quickly became comfortable with the Citroën and really enjoyed driving it throughout Bulgaria.
During our holiday we travelled from Sofia to Vratsa, Plovdiv, Asenovgrad, Pazardzhik and many other places without experiencing any problems with the car. By the end of the holiday, the Citroën had become an important part of our family adventure and I was genuinely sorry to return it.
The airport shuttle, collection and final return process were well organised and everything went smoothly. We particularly appreciate the assistance Top Rent A Car gave us both before and during our rental.
Based on our experience, we would happily choose Top Rent A Car again when we return to Bulgaria.
