Service Bewertung:
good
The service provided was very good. The only exception was that when we asked how to put on the ski chains, the person from who we picked up the car told us that even he did not know how to put them on. So we paid BGN 60 for the ski chains for nothing.

The car was new but after 30 min using the car the car had problems with the system and lost power. We were very upset because we had to worry about the car during our entire trip. I do not recommend this car

Service Bewertung:
good
Valko and Aleksandar were great; organisation was fast and efficient. Overall very good service, and I would rate "excellent" if not for one bad part: when returning the car, looking for someone to help, my partner approached the car where the agents are together. There is no sign to not approach that car, but one of the agents (Mr. Ganev or so?) screamed at her in the most rude way to get away from there. There was no reason for this rude behaviour.
I would have rated "bad service" for that, but the others were exceptionally friendly.

За съжаление служителя ви не си направи труда да ни придружи до колата и да ни обясни някой особености ( електрическа ).
Съобрази се с факта че съм с малко дете и багаж. Благодаря
