When I dropped of the car near sofia airport I was told I had to pay 20euro because I was early i.e it was before the 1 day rental expired at 11:00hrs that day. I had to catch a plane at 09;00hrs. Nobody explained this very weird rule to me until I got to sofia and I was told if i didn't pay 20 euro my deposit of 150 euro would be withheld? I rent cars in other countries all the time including Bulgaria but have never come across such a stupid rule, hence will not hire from top car again.

я с женой и двумя детьми ждал вашего представителя который должен был нас встретить в аэропорту больше чем полтора часа , никто не приехал за нами . за ето время я 2 раза звонил в ваш оффис и мне говорили что через 5 минут за нами приедут . потом через окно аэропорта я увидел вашу машину которая уежала ... мне пришлось бежать за ней и просить взять нас тоже , когда мы приехали в ваш оффисе и я попросил понять почему нас забыли в аэропорту мне ответили : "sorry" и все . я думаю что для уважаюшей себя фирмы как минимум могли предложить минимальную компинсацию за мое потеряное время ( если я на 2 часа опаздал бы с возвратом машиныя заплатил бы за день аренды )

It was not explained to us that Sofia airport drop-off desk is NOT actually at the Sofia airport but about 2km away, so we were lucky we had planned plenty of buffer time before our flight, or we would have missed it due to this lack of communication and having to drive to the airport, call customer service, etc, trying to figure out how to drop off the car.

The rental agent refused to give us the car at 8:30, as online we have pointed 9:00 as the pick-up hour. The argument given was that they only start working at 9 and he is only there for another customer but cannot give us our car. This is the first time a car was denied to me because I managed to get out of arrival hall 30 min earlier... It was not explained to us that Sofia airport drop-off desk is NOT actually at the Sofia airport but about 2km away, so we were lucky we had planned plenty of buffer time before our flight, or we would have missed it due to this lack of communication and having to drive to the airport, call customer service, etc, trying to figure out how to drop off the car. Apart from that, a friendly service overall.

The car was not powerful enough, so it makes it hard to feel safe in, especially when having to take over others on a one-lane road.

I am normally very pleased with your service and have used you every year for the past 6-7 years. This time I rented wifi which seldom worked. I was told that I should have called you then you could have done something with the signal. If you often experience problems with wifi you should tell clients before hand that they can get it fixed. We just ended up not using the wifi. I also got a call/mail from you that I had to have the car checked in the middle of the rental period. It would have been better if you had done it before the rental.

Неприятен инцидент при връщането на колата като ми беше заявено че колата е трябвало да се върне в 11 сутринта тъй като това било по-договор . Има нещо много съмнително най-малкото казано в начина по-който се третира връщането на колата . Денят за връщане да колата е пълен платен ден и като такъв закъснение на колта би трябвало да се отчита само ако колата е върната след като е изтекъл този ден т.е след 24:00 - като е разбираемо ако се налга да се плати за обслужване извън работно време ( долколото си спомням 20 евро) . Изискването да се върне колата в някакъв обявен час в рамките на платеният ден би трявало да е само укзателно и ако не се спази стига да е в рамките на платеният ден -не би трябало да се наказва нито пък колта да се освождава за следваща резервация . В моят случай независимо че колата е платена за целият ден - ( деня на връщане ) е била резервирана ???? - какво излиза - аз плащам за целият ден и някой друг клиент плаща също - това е най-малкото съмнително . Колата е платена и е в разположение на клиента за целият ден до 24.00 _ плюс евентуална такса за облсужване извън работно време . Ако има други правила те трябва да са обявени с голями букви при запазване на колата така че клиента да си направи сметка че ако е сложил ранен час за връщане и не върне колата независимо че е платил този ден ще плаща отново !!!!!! съгласно някъви измислени правила .

We were told there would be a member of staff waiting for us at the airport but there wasn't. We waited 30mins and called, the member of staff on the phone sounded surprised that we were already there even though the flight number & arrival time was provided at the point of booking. On drop off of the vehicle the member of staff told us, "big problem" because the petrol tank was not 100% full; we knew this as we filled up approx 50km prior to Sofia; we did not think this would be a problem as the terms and conditions of rental state a flat fee for any litre of petrol that needed to be put in, why say that if you force people to the petrol station anyway? Potentially this could delay you for your flight. When we filled the car up it was 10BGN - a substantial inconvenience for such a small amount - wasted 30 minutes.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - We hired a car from them without the additional insurance as they explained I would only be liable if I had an accident and it was my fault. However when I returned the car there was a couple of small scratches (which I may have missed when checking the car). The lady representative was so rude and certainly needs a lesson in customer service. They charged me £300 for the so called damage and I was told if I wanted to complain to email them which I did a week ago with no response. In the past I have used this company with no problems but their policy seems to have changed as they have grown. If you do use them make sure you have extra insurance!!!!!

Dear Ms. Gulliver, According to our Rental terms, you must inform us about the accident/scratch/ damage of the vehicle in 24 hours after you noticed it, provide us a Police Report and you liability will be reduced up to the amount of the security deposit. This is the worst car service in the sense that they seek ways to keep your security deposit knowing you can't stay in bulgaria to argue your case. I would never recommend anyone from a civilized country to rent from them. Stick to real car rental companies that are not shady

Dear Mr. Mark, Please, pay attention that we do not "keep" your security deposit. Please, be informed that according to the rental contract, which you have signed, art. 23 p. 7 the Renter is not allowed to pass the borders of Bulgaria without an explicit authorization to do so in an independent power of attorney. In contravention the Renter pays a compensation in the amount of 300 euro. We were informed, that you have visited Macedonia and Kosovo with our car. You did not inform us when you have made the reservation, that you would like to go abroad, that is reason you`ve been charged for. Best regards,
