Rental process is very straightforward at the airport and well thought through. I appreciate the emails sent before the rental containing just the right amount of information.
I dont appreciate that I was charged full day rent for 2 hours delay in returning the car. This is especially true as i picked up the car 6 hours later than intended (i picked up at 4pm, was scheduled for 11am).
Website doesn't say anything about it at the time of booking - i simply selected 11am to 11am by default to get the price for 24 hours rent.
Car did NOT have full tank and I have a picture at the time of taking it. I was assured by the staff its the matter of sensor not showing as super full, but ehen I returned it and put full, it was showing nicely full with the same sensor. Anyways, a matter of 2-3 liters.

Svetoslav is an intelligent and experienced person but he shouldnt be in customer facing role. His attitude is a bit off and I dont think he is happy in his role for whatever the reason might be (not saying he is bad in it however). I had a few questions and the answer to every question was full of sarcasm for some reason: Question: Oh, the car is not diesel? Answer: Well, if you wanted diesel you should have asked for it at the time of booking Question: (after 10 mins of waiting to return the car) Excuse me, do I return the car to you or I need to go upstairs? Answer: Well I was busy with another customer, but as you can see, I am literally taking the papers for your car return. Svetoslav: you are returning the car late, there is a fee to be paid Me: OK, but by the way, I called your call centre twice yesterday to explore lease extension options and nobody picked up so i selected the option to be called back but wasnt. I only managed to contact staff around 9pm, but she told me its emergencies only Him: Sir, please don't call the contact centre at that hour as we really do have emergencies. Bottomline: he is an asset to your company and understands your business well, but I wouldn't rent a car from you again of he would be doing pick up or drop off.

For me not clear why we need to fill out all details during the reservation of the car and again getting all this questions during the pickup of the car.
Very inefficient way of working.
Time for some labor efficiency - easy to reduce the amount of people with 50% - which can lead to 25% reduction of car rental price.....

We always encourage our clients to directly contact us whenever they experience any inconveniences.
Please, note that the vehicles are being checked before each rent and and delivery/acceptance protocol is prepared in advance. We provide it to the customers and they are checking the car by themselves and in case of any disagreement You can return to the desk and to notify the agent. This is an international policy of letting the car to the client.

Розетка ( прикуриватель ) не работала. Невозможно было подзарядить телефон. Пришлось покупать powerbank. Постоянно светился датчик слабой накачки колёса. Всё остальное хорошо. Спасибо!

It would have been excellent, if the mistake concerning the rental times (somewhere caused in between Austrian Airlines - CarTrawler - TopRent-A-Car) what habe been solved properly. I am still sent from one organisation to the other and have already invested more than € 100.- and a lot of time. If I book via an airline I should be able to trust that the flight times are forwarded and applied properly
