Although we had problems with the car, the response was fast, we got a car replaced. The replacement car was smaller and older than the one we rented. I understand that it may not be easy to find a sinilar car, but if not then it should be compensated with discount. When i complained, the first time over phone the person friendly promised a discount from the purchase. When it did not appear on the account, the second time over the phone i was told the discount is from my next reservation. Never got a confirmation by email, so wondering if that will hold.

I don't understand why full cover needs a police call out for a scrape. I thought the police would have better things to do. However I accepted the €40. Charge for the paint as I did not get a report from the police. Staff handled it very politely even though I was less than happy that full cover still had me paying another €40 .

Patient. Signage could be a lot better. I found it difficult to find the drop off.

The in car phone charger didn't work. And I bought a new one thinking it was my cable and it blew the charger up.
Overall I would probably use them again but with more checking of the car.
