I had to wait 2 hours to pick-up the car with our 2 years old daughter.
They ask me to pay 24euro plus because I drop-off the car at 04:00 o'clock in the morning.
The car was good.

The actual agent who delivered and collected the car was polite and courteous .However when the vehicle was collected it had picked up a scratch on the plastic wheel trim which I explained to the agent,I was charged £112 GBP to replace a single wheel trim which is a ridiculous cost for a plastic trim,I also paid extra for insurance which apparently reduced this figure.Come on be reasonably to your customers this has put me off using Top Rent.I have hired several vehicles in the past but feel I have been exploited financially.

При наемане на колата чаках около час, което за мене е неприемливо. Отношението на служителя при наемане и при връщане бе отлично, но това не променя неудобството от дългото чакане. Когато има много заявки /вероятно така е през целия август/ е добре да осигурите трети служител при наемане на автомобил.

El que nos lo trajo tenía mucha prisa, quería irse sin decirnos nada, así que muchísima falta de información. Lo poco que nos acordamos y le preguntamos fue lo único que hemos sabido.
Al dejarlo... Ha habido muchos malentendidos y finalmente lo único que nos han podido solucionar es que contactemos con Customer Service. Pésimo.
El coche en sí estaba bien.

Car return is just a stupid procedure.
Please inspire yourself on international markets.
For a non Bulgarian... taff to figure out how bring the car back. After finding the parking... there is nobody to take the car over... no indicator to tell you bring the key to the desk where you got it.
Then the guy has to check the car so please wait........
250 euro for a shitty mokka. At least bring the service up when not the cars.

The treatment of the accident was sub par. The fact that we had to renew the insurance was ridiculous and the fact that no paper was in English made things very hard .

I found the customer service disappointing. I wanted to change cars to something bigger to accommodate my family and luggage. It was hard to tell how big the car was online, so after we drove the car for a day, we realized it was too small. However, your company would charge us an exorbitant fee to “cancel” our policy, even though we did not want to cancel, just revise and trade in for a bigger car. I don’t understand why the agent did not understand that. Finally, at the end, we are accused of losing the radio antenna and charged for 2 additional days for being late. I understand the policy for arriving late, however, most rental car companies are more understanding to foreigners. We dealt with traffic returning from the Black Sea and getting lost. I accidentally went to the head office first and then the airport. A small fee would have been more appropriate. And certainly we should not be charged for the antenna. It was never there to begin with; and we certainly didn’t do anything wrong. Kindness matters.
