The qualitys of tires is not acceptable. When its raining, its very dangerous to drive with this terrible tires. I had 2 years ago just a problem, beacuase one of the tires exloded, but it was a new car. The ADAC, who tow away my car, said he know this problem with the tires and its happen often by Top rent Car tires. Please change the quality of tires, beacause its dangerous for the life of your clients. You save money on wrong place.
2 Point:
You say im long time client, who gets 15% discount, beacause i take often cars by Top Rent Car. Buit my friend was going first time on your Top Rent Car Page and the prise was the same, like what i get.
I find its as big kidding, what Top Rent Car is doing with me. I don`t get my 15% discount, its unfortunately true. :(
Great wishes

I'm disappointed because we had to add charges after the quote. We were not informed of the additional tax for young drivers (although we asked about it when we booked), and we had a dispute at the end of the rental period.
but the car is great.

I have no words about this guy ,how bad he was ,probably 10 years client with a message as a gold costumer, the guy Martin was very rude ,pushing me to get additional insurance, telling me ,that he will cancel my reservation if I don't buy ot ,when I am clearly given an option online to choose
However the price online was completely different than the price he said there ,350 euros only for the insurance, to pre pay the fuel ,and so many other things, pushing my finger when trying to sign, not coming out for showing me the car ,having a few scratches, telling me in a very aggressive manner to make photos, shame .....so many years taking a car from you guys....really shame, and you know what because of people like him ,never again...never
This guy was lovely Hristo
