Hi,
A few comments.
Too long a wait. We waited 20 minutes for delivery from the airport to the office. Registration took more than 30 minutes. Surcharge for evening order + surcharge for morning return time, today this is rare. Otherwise, we were satisfied. The car is in good condition, discount cards at gas stations really work, a good feature.

Firstly, we were assured that the car, a Citroen C3, had a full tank of fuel. However, within 1-2 kilometers of leaving the rental facility, we noticed that the tank was not actually full. This was misleading and frustrating. We later learned upon returning the car that this is a known technical issue with Citroen C3s, yet we were not informed about this at the time of rental.
Secondly, an orange wrench indicator light turned on shortly after we started driving. After much effort, we discovered that the rear, right sidelamp was not working. We reported this issue to a staff member before leaving the rental place, but we were told there was nothing wrong with the car. This faulty sidelamp meant we couldn't use the car safely after dark, posing a significant inconvenience and safety concern.
On a positive note, the pickup and delivery process were professionally handled by the agents Hristo and Stefan, respectively. Their professionalism was appreciated amidst the issues we faced with the vehicle.

His empathy and willingness to admit that we were right made a significant difference in our experience, and we felt genuinely heard and valued as customers. Stefan’s exceptional customer service provided a much-needed positive note to an otherwise frustrating experience. We greatly appreciate his help and hope that Top Rent A Car recognizes and values his dedication to excellent customer service.

Арендую машину у Вас в четвёртый раз,в этот раз поставил оценку удовлетворительно,потому что когда доставили в офис машину,с нас потребовали 24 евро за то,что мы доставили машину на 45 минут раньше,а так же не работал датчик набора бензина и нас посланли снова заполнить бак,хотя он был полный и на бензостанци нам дали квитанцию,что бак болный,из-за этого мы чуть не опоздали на самолет

Наемаме кола от вас вече няколко години и до сега сме нямали никакви забележки. След промяната за вземане на автомобила от главния ви офис, не сме особено доволни. Бусчето от и до летището е бързо и нямаме забележки, но в офиса всичко става много бавно,мудно и с изключително лошо отношение към клиентите ви!

Любезно отношение, стана ни странно,че имаме някаква неплатена административна такса от предишната кола, която бяхме вземали и така и не ни стана ясно за какво е тази такса.
