The car was as agreed but 100 kms less than a full tank of fuel. The charging cable for the hotspot was faulty and constantly falling out making the hotspot unit useless. When I highlighted this to the your rep at pick up stage his response was that I needed to buy my own cable for the unit.

Gospodin was professional and answered any questions we had. It was a shame he didn’t check the hotspot unit we had rented as he would have found the cable was faulty and would likely have replaced it. Overall I found him good to deal with.
Very to the point and not friendly or helpful. When I pointed out the hotspot unit had a faulty cable, he told me to go buy my own cable. I rate him average to poor.

We were 5 people and 2 of us were flying back earlier. As i wanted to take a ticket for parking the gate opened, b.c. the license plate is obviusly registered as a rental car. I was told that i cant park at the TopRentACar parking spaces and that i would have to drive outside again and dont drive too close to the gate so i can get a ticket which i can pay myself. It would be great if you can support your workers more and help them with that issue as it was obviously not his fault! Apart from that everything worked great.

Dear Mr. Cullington,
Thank you for your review.
We would like to clarify that the prices on the web-site can be seen both in Leva and in Euros.
However, the national currency in Bulgaria is Bulgarian Leva and any payment on the spot is accepted in this currency if You want to pay in cash. At the airport upon arrival there are currency exchange desks in several places for the convenience of everyone who arrives from abroad.
We are very sorry that this caused you discomfort when picking up the car, but we hope that this situation did not affect your vacation.
We wish you a nice day and hope to see you again!
