I've rented with TRC several times over the years, generally for a month or more at a time. This rental was 60 days. Unfortunately they gave me a car that needed service (oil change) a month into the rental period. I needed to inconvenience myself to bring the car back for service.

He was polite, but unfortunately, the company’s policy — and the way you charge unnecessary fees, such as the attempt to take 16 leva in advance for “cleaning,” or the unreasonable charge for crossing into another country — was troubling.
My questions seemed to bother him.
With all due respect, I am not obliged to accept your policies automatically.
The whole process took far too long.
He refused to print the first page of my contract, while the woman next to him did it willingly for other customers.
In short — hire only women.

The service in general was fine, I liked the car. It worked well. However, I must consider the threat of charging me for the cleaning of the vehicle (which, apart from extreme cases, is supposed to be part of the service, it was always like that in my fifteen year experience) an implicit price-raise. From now on I will add the extra €20 to your prices when making my choice for a car hire.
I would add in general, that the main cost of hiring a car is not the hiring fee itself, but the other items (insurance, cleaning fee) without those one is running a considerable risk potentially making the whole trip unrelaxing.

It was the end of the person's shift, we were clearly short on time. It is supposed to be a very serious act as oncoming damage fees can depend on it. It was also dark, the vehicle was difficult to inspect.
This part was quick and professional, carried out in minutes.

I need to mention that the interior (upholstering) was slightly worn down. The tire pressure indicator lit up unnecessarily. Still, the car was perfectly usable for a tour of 1500km. It is a small car though, not like travelling in a Bentley.

Тази услуга беше много добра, но отскоро нещо се е променило. Вече не сте номер едно. Да накараш клиента да измие колата или да плати за нейното измиване е меко казано тъпо, при положение, че цената е много близка до конкуренцията.

picking up the car was not a pleasant experience. From arriving at the counter in the terminal until I had the car it took me more than one hour. seems like the process is very manual and not enough agents to manage the queue.
