Не е имало случай до сега когато наемам автомобил и чистачките да са му наред. Всеки път са в окаяно състояние перата и само мажат.
И с тези все сезонни гуми при малък баир и мокър път колата буксува и е почти невъзможно да тръгне.

Of all the car rental company counters, the Top Rent A Car counter was always unattended, both in Varna and in Burgas Airports. This is very frustrating! When picking up the car, I had to call the hotline so that the agent would finally come and pick us up. In Burgas, I dropped the keys into the return box because the agent never showed up.

Great cars but we were late by an hour due to the fact that our kid got his hand dislocated and we happened to go to hospital in Sunny beach, even then they charged us 150+ leva extra for one car ( fine + one day rent + tax) we took two cars so overall it was 300+ leva. which is nothing but ridiculous. We were never informed that there will be a late fee if we drop off late.

She was kind of rude and haven’t treated us professionally. Not considerate for the reason given. Pointed out I was late for the past drop off too. I never knew that there will be so high late fee. We haven’t quarrelled or argued just paid the fees as someone else was waiting for the car.
